Field Stakes

These heavy-duty Field Stakes are our favorite way to label fig trees to keep track of different varieties in our fig orchard. They also work great for labeling multiple varieties of plants in raised beds.

These 60 mil thick Field Stakes are injected-molded with a recycled plastic. We really like them because they're flexible and not prone to breaking like other plastic stakes. They also don't become brittle in the sun like other garden stakes.

Each Field Stake is 1 1/4" wide and 12" long, providing a large surface to write variety or plant names. The pointed end makes them easy to push into garden beds or into the ground near trees. They have a smooth surface that holds ink well, even after being outside for several years.
